The event site is handicap accessible. Should you or someone in your party need assistance please ask one of our team members.

Q?Is there any seating provided? 
A.

Yes metal stadium seating is available at Grand Prix. Strict trash disposal rules will apply. No glass bottles allowed in the stadium area.

Q?Is there a minimum age for children to enter or participate in the Kids Zone? 
A.

Activities that have height and age restrictions will be properly marked.

Q?Do you have more info about the Georgia International Horse Park Grand Prix Stadium?
A.

The GIHP Grand Prix Stadium and Plaza is a premier site for equestrian events, concerts, festivals, fairs and other large-scale events.

The Grand Prix Stadium offers a large competition/exhibition area with amphitheater-style seating for 8,000 spectators. Optional floor seating for up to 9,000 additional seats (17,000 total). Excellent views from all seats. The venue is in close proximity to parking lots. Parking for 5,000 cars in adjacent lots, and 1,500 cars in overflow lots.

Q?What time should I get there? 
A.

The earlier the better. More time for food and fun! Gates will open at 12:00pm.

Q?Will there be cash machines on site? 
A.

ATMs will be provided at the entrance and throughout the venue.

Q?Can I bring a tent?
A.

A limited number of tents will be allowed in designated area for an additional fee of $15. Tents should not exceed 10×10. Tent space has to be purchased prior to event on our website. No tent space will be sold the day of the event.

Q?Can I bring my lawn chair?
A.

 We encourage you to bring a lawn chair and/or a blanket.

Q?Is Jerk the only food being offered?
A.

Although jerk food is the theme of the festival we have over 25 food booths that sell a variety of food choices.

Q?Will shuttle service be more efficient this year?
A.

Yes. We have changed shuttle companies. We will have more buses running on a regular schedule.

Q?Is parking available?
A.

 Parking is available for a fee of $5 We have an additional 1000 parking spaces available this year. Parking will be more efficient.

Q?Is there medical assistance on site? 
A.

EMT services will be available at the venue.

Q?Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
A.

 No food, liquids, coolers etc will be allowed into the venue.

Q?Are children free?
A.

Kids 12 and under are admitted FREE when accompanied by a paid adult.

Q?Does the ticket price include food? 
A.

It does not. Ticket price includes entry to festival and 10 hours of entertainment on the main stage and party pavilion along with festival and corporate giveaways, cooking exhibitions and product sampling. Food, drinks and various arts and craft items will be available for purchase.

Q?What happens if I have to go outside of the event and want to come back in?
A.

No re-entry is permitted.
